Web Services
Connecting to Web Services from the Progress 4GL
The first step in using a Web service is to connect (or bind) your application to it. Web service connections (or bindings) represent associations between your 4GL application and the Web service, making it easier for you to access and manage your interaction with the Web service in the 4GL. They are not physical connections managed by your host or the network.
